💬LATIN AMERICAN NEUTRAL SPANISH
What is Latin American Neutral Spanish?
Neutral Spanish is the “universal” variant of the Spanish language.
As the official language of 31 countries, Spanish continues to evolve and establish itself as a global language. From the U.S. to Europe to Latin America, Latin American Neutral Spanish or International – Standard Spanish can be understood on a global level. Neutral Spanish is the way to standardize the language across borders. Determining a common vocabulary is designed to ensure maximum understanding amongst speakers and readers, cutting out local variations and colloquialisms.
Among all the existing accents in Latin American Spanish, Mexican Spanish is considered as the most neutral. Latin American Neutral Spanish is characterized by clear articulation and pronunciation of each letter of a word. When listening to a message in neutral Spanish, the audience should not identify the nationality or origin of the speaker.
That is why a message in neutral Spanish allows you to target all Spanish-speaking countries. Indeed, Spanish is the native language of more than 40 million Americans, and it is projected that the United States will be the second most Spanish-speaking country in the world by 2060, behind Mexico (hispaniccouncil.org).
So, ready to target all Spanish-speaking countries?

🎭Latin American Neutral Spanish Dubbing
Among the series and movie characters I voiced in neutral Latin American Spanish dubbing (in Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico) are: Mercedes Lozaro in the series Magic City, Suzy Decker in House Broken, where I had the fortune to share with Mexican dubbing legend, Mr. Carlos Becerril. Tara, one of the main characters in the movie Sleepwalking, Angela Mullen and Emma Karlin in the series Weeds. Also the honor of being directed in some occasions by Mr. Ruben Moya in Candiani Studios, in Mexico City.
Academic Books
A voz, academia de expresión y doblaje
After some years without doing voice dubbing, in 2021 I did the “Voice Over Talent with emphasis on acting for dubbing into Latino Spanish” program at A Voz Academia de expresión y doblaje. At A Voz, I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Jairo Alarcón and Mario Córdova as directors, the dubbing actors Pedro Ruiz and Rodrigo Bustamante, among many other actors and directors of neutral Latin American Spanish dubbing.
Following are my academic books of animated films and documentaries, as part of my training in A voz. I respect and admire those who gave voice to these characters in their original dubbing.

💬FRENCH VOICE
My voice in French Language
I’ve been living in France for about 10 years and French has become my second language. It is now part of my voice over repertoire! Today my Mexican accent is very subtle. Companies such as DELTA Airlines have hired me to record their E-learning projects in French. However, I can also speak French with an authentic and very distinctive Mexican or Latin American accent.

Dubbing girl’s voice
I had a lot of fun dubbing in French this scene from the movie “Le Fabuleux Destin d’Amélie Poulain” with a very mild Mexican touch! In this scene, Amélie helps a blind man to get to the entrance of the subway, while she describes everything around them.
